Responsibilities

• Installs and maintains HVAC systems and related equipment in commercial settings.
• Diagnoses mechanical, electrical and control issues and performs repairs per procedures.
• Performs preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
• Operates and coordinates with building automation and energy management systems.
• Maintains documentation, safety compliance, and on-call rotation participation.
