Job summary

Essenti Talent seeks an experienced HVAC design engineer to drive design, development, and maintenance of residential and commercial HVAC products. You will lead projects through the full development cycle with emphasis on reliability and performance, and support manufacturing and testing teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC focus, about 5 years design experience, and proficiency with simulation tools and data acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC emphasis.
• 5 years design and project experience preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Universal certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize and qualify HVAC systems across platforms and product families.
• Lead product qualification and agency compliance test programs.
• Manage projects through full development cycle and document changes.
• Interface with manufacturing, sales, quality, and suppliers.
• Conduct analytical studies using simulation tools and lab testing.
