• Provide measurable contribution to NPD projects and sustaining initiatives.
• Manage projects through the complete product development cycle.
• Design, optimize and qualify HVAC systems using analytic methods and experiments.
• Lead product qualification and agency compliance test programs.
• Conduct analytical studies using state-of-the-art simulation tools.
• Ensure design quality, supporting calculations and design proposals.
• Support manufacturing, sales & marketing, quality, technical services, and supply chain functions.
• Interface with vendors, customers, and field personnel.
• Conduct presentations for technical and business personnel.
• Document product designs by preparing bills of materials, drawings, and product change notifications.
• Interface with regulatory agencies and test agencies.
