Accounting Search is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, development and maintenance of residential and commercial HVAC products across multiple platforms. This role emphasizes performance, reliability and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing and sales teams.

The candidate should have a strong background in HVAC system design, thermodynamics and testing, with experience in advanced simulations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years design & project experience preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC system design and applications; familiarity with NPD, DFSS and DFMA.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop and maintain HVAC products across multiple platforms and families.
• Lead product qualification and agency compliance test programs.
• Conduct analytical studies using state-of-the-art simulation tools.
• Interface with vendors, customers, and internal teams including manufacturing, sales, quality and service.
• Document product designs with BOMs, drawings and product change notices.
