Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Specialist for Modernizations or Controls to pursue large opportunities across plan/spec, design/build, and direct-to-owner projects in the DC metro area.

You will lead consultative selling, develop high-quality proposals, and manage complex multi-service opportunities using CRM, while collaborating with a local team and leveraging Carrier's OEM backing to drive account growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years HVAC sales or related experience in HVAC/building systems/controls.
• Valid driver's license or ability to meet driving requirements.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs. and work safely on rooftops/areas as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close modernization and controls opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Create high-quality estimates, bids and proposals linked to customer objectives.
• Utilize CRM to track activities and forecast pipeline to meet annual sales targets.
• Build credibility as a trusted advisor and manage concurrent project workflows.
