Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United States seeks an experienced sales leader to drive profitability and market growth in Building Technologies & Solutions across the Fayetteville NC, Wilmington NC, Myrtle Beach SC, Charleston SC and Savannah GA region.

You will develop and direct the branch's secured sales plans, hire and coach the sales team, manage budgets and customer relationships, and align activities with corporate strategy while upholding our safety and ethics standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to relate to people at all levels and communicate both technically and non-technically.
• Experience leading or supervising teams and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC business by executing sales strategies for profitability, growth and market penetration.
• Develop and direct the construction and service sales team across target markets.
• Develops and delivers branch secured sales and margin plans for Lines of Business.
• Hire, coach and develop sales staff; manage expenses and resources to improve profitability.
• Maintain long-term relationships with strategically important customers and partnerships.
