Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC sales or related field experience
• 3+ years in leadership with responsibility for developing others
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Onsite work in Atlanta, GA; relocation within commuting distance may be required

Responsibilities

• Lead account management strategies for long-term relationships.
• Plan and forecast branch growth focusing on revenue and margins.
• Manage account assignments to support sales performance.
• Develop local sales team and drive capability.
• Own sales planning, pipeline management, and training.
• Build relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Increase market penetration by acquiring new customers.
• Create and maintain Account Plans for key accounts.
• Understand local market dynamics and competition.
• Represent Johnson Controls on key accounts and resolve issues.
