Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in technical sales or engineering
• 4 year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction or science-oriented curriculum preferred
• Excellent computer, organizational and communication/presentation skills
• Problem solving with a passion for continuous learning
• Willingness to travel for training and field work

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated application engineering and design support for ventilation applications
• Work with Engineers, Contractors, End Users, and Food Service Dealers
• Daily tasks include inside sales support, application engineering and outside sales
• Presentations, quotes, submittals, technical product support, site visits and troubleshooting as needed
• Educate and promote CaptiveAire products to users in your market
• Develop new business opportunities with new and existing users
• Deliver top-notch customer service and quick turnarounds
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes and customer experience
