Carrier Enterprise is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer for Commercial HVAC products. The role combines technical advisory support with active sales, configuring, pricing, and quoting solutions for contractor customers.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the commercial sales team as a product advocate and will be eligible for performance-based bonuses. The position involves responding to opportunities, preparing bids and submittals, and traveling with the sales team for client

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC engineering or applications experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical Field.
• Remote work capability with self-management and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new business opportunities with quotes for commercial accounts.
• Prepare quotes for rooftop units, commercial split systems, VRF, and more.
• Assist with account development and introduce new products to engineers and contractors.
• Complete bids, submittals, and take-offs based on plans and specs.
• Engage with customers via phone and email throughout the sales cycle.
• Travel with the Sales Team as needed for client presentations.
