Job summary

Trane Technologies in Bellevue, WA is hiring for an Associate Account Manager to join our team and develop long-term customer relationships while maximizing account penetration in HVAC solutions. You will support account managers with HVAC system selections, prepare proposals, and coordinate service transitions.

A Bachelor's degree and a year of account management experience are preferred; driving license required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent experience.
Minimum one year experience in Account Management, Mechanical Contracting/HVAC or Facilities Management preferred.
HVAC knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Support of assigned account managers and their assigned customers with HVAC systems & equipment product selections, application, proposals and sales development.
Quote, close, and transition Technician Leads and other Service repair work under the direction of the Account Managers.
Generate estimates and proposals for service work under the direction of the Account Managers.
Provide quotes for service repairs, change outs, IAQ, and energy solutions including quotes for time and material as well as fixed price service.
