You will visit sites, quote maintenance agreements, and support Turn Key projects.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC and 5+ years in sales, plus proficiency with Microsoft 365. Typical compensation ranges from $70,000 to $130,000 in IA, depending on skills and location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC industry.
• 5+ years in sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong business relationships to drive business development.
• Follow up on sales leads.
• Call, email, or meet with contractors to advance opportunities.
• Complete regular site visits of potential or current projects.
• Provide guidance during installation and support during projects.
• Cold calling to build new customer relationships and expand business.
• Quote and sell preventative maintenance agreements.
• Prepare quotes for equipment repair proposals and Turn Key Projects.
• Communicate regularly with inside and outside customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
