Job summary

Thermosystems, a Daikin group company in Elmhurst, IL, seeks an HVAC sales professional to cultivate relationships with contractors, follow up on leads, and support projects from installation through quotes for maintenance and Turn Key work.

You will leverage 5+ years in HVAC and 5+ years in sales, with Microsoft 365 proficiency, to drive growth and customer success. Employment is contingent on successful pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC industry.
• 5+ years in sales.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 Suite.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong business relationships to drive business development.
• Follow up on sales leads via calling, emailing, or meetings with contractors.
• Complete regular site visits during installation to provide guidance/assistance.
• Cold calling potential new customers and building business relationships.
• Quote and sell preventative maintenance agreements.
• Complete quotes for equipment repair proposals and Turn Key Projects.
• Communicate regularly with inside and outside customers.
• All other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years working in the HVAC industry.
• 5 years or more working in sales.
• Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.

The typical salary for this position ranges from $70,000 - $130,000 in IA. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
