Job summary

Thermosystems, a Daikin group member, seeks an experienced HVAC Sales Representative in Iowa to grow business via contractor channels and trusted partnerships.

Responsibilities include following up on leads, conducting site visits during installations, quoting maintenance agreements, and developing turnkey project proposals. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HVAC sales and strong Microsoft 365 skills.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years working in the HVAC industry.
• 5 years or more working in sales.
• Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong business relationships to drive business development.
• Follow up on sales leads through calls, emails, or meetings with contractors.
• Complete regular site visits to provide guidance during installations.
• Cold calling potential new customers and building relationships.
• Quote and sell preventative maintenance agreements.
• Prepare quotes for equipment repair proposals and turnkey projects.
• Communicate regularly with inside and outside customers.
• All other duties as assigned.
