Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Service Technician II to diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You’ll communicate with customers, promote service offerings, and ensure high customer satisfaction on every call.

Under minimal supervision, you’ll analyze equipment, perform maintenance, and collaborate with dispatch to manage schedule and parts. A valid driver’s license and HVAC certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree/Certification in HVAC or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in HVAC with technical training certification required
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by laws for the area
• EPA and safety certifications required
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Promote products and services to customers.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
