Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose and service residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, inspect equipment, and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Responsibilities include delivering parts, maintaining accurate paperwork, and promoting our products and services. A valid driver’s license, EPA certification, and 2+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and/ or certification.
• EPA certification (Mechanical Journeyman EPA) required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to work flexible hours.
• 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Deliver and remove parts and equipment needed to complete service work; maintain paperwork accurately.
• Promote products and services to customers and record replacement leads.
