Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to diagnose, service, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and colleagues, ensuring high satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting heating and cooling equipment, inspecting installations, and assisting with parts delivery and paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training and 2+ years of experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a professional, timely manner.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Communicate with dispatch and ensure accurate status updates.
• Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools; support sales leads from service visits.
