Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely problem resolution.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, communicating with dispatch, and delivering excellent service while maintaining proper documentation and safety standards. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in HVAC service or related role.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must possess valid licensing/certifications as required by local laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems courteously and efficiently.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Deliver parts and equipment needed to complete service work.
• Maintain accurate records on a handheld device and collect payment.
