Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Service Technician II to perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls. You will diagnose and fix HVAC equipment, inspect systems, and ensure quality service while documenting activities for dispatch and customers.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 4+ years of HVAC experience, EPA and safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years' HVAC experience and technical training certification.
• Valid licensing or certification as required by local regulations for the work area.
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls under general supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner.
• Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
