Service Experts is seeking a Service Technician II to perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment, while delivering courteous customer service and accurate documentation.

The role requires HVAC training, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license; teamwork and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years' experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable record.

Responsabilités

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues to prevent outages.
• Complete routine maintenance and paperwork neatly and accurately.
