Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an HVAC service professional to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, promote services, and carry out maintenance and diagnostic tasks under supervision of the Field Supervisor or GM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC experience with technical training certification
• EPA and safety certifications required
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner
• Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
• Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and prevent callbacks
• Handle parts delivery/removal and maintain neat paperwork and payments
• Communicate with dispatch to provide status updates
• Promote products and services to customers
• Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools in good condition
• Uphold professional, ethical behavior in all business matters
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance
