Job summary
Service Experts LLC in Westminster, CO is seeking an experienced Service Technician II to diagnose and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote additional products and services, under supervision of the Field Supervisor or GM.
The role requires HVAC certification or associate degree, 2–5 years of HVAC experience, EPA safety credentials, and a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree/Certification in HVAC or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in HVAC with technical training certification.
- EPA and safety certifications required.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Performs diagnostic and service work on residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment.
- Analyses, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional manner.
- Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to identify potential problems and prevent callbacks.
- Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
- Records all required information on a handheld device and manages paperwork.
