Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an HVAC technician to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems in Hilton Head Island. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, while delivering exceptional customer service and proper documentation of calls and parts delivered.

A valid driver’s license and EPA certification are required, with ongoing opportunities for career growth and training.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 0-2+ years HVAC experience and technical training certification.
EPA and safety certifications required.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems and accessories.
Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as required.
Deliver parts/equipment to job sites and document activities clearly.
Communicate with dispatch to provide accurate status and availability.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professional conduct.
Promote products and services and assist with sales leads when appropriate.
Ensure company property, vehicles, tools are properly used and stocked.
