Job summary

Service Experts LLC in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Service Technician I to diagnose and service residential HVAC systems under supervision. You will interact with customers, perform maintenance, and promote services to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 0-2 years HVAC experience, a high school diploma/GED, EPA and safety certifications; valid driver's license; and a willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts. Training provided through our Academy.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 0–2+ years’ experience.
EPA and safety certifications required by local regulations.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses and services residential or light commercial HVAC equipment under supervision.
Communicates with customers, answers questions, and ensures satisfaction.
Performs routine maintenance and completes paperwork on service calls.
Promotes products and services to customers and documents statuses with dispatch.
