Job summary

Service Experts seeks a qualified HVAC technician to diagnose and service residential and light commercial systems in the Charleston area. You will work under supervision, perform maintenance, and communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years of experience.
• Must hold all required licenses or certifications for the work area.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Proficient reading of wiring diagrams and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• Ability to climb, lift up to 75 pounds, and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide product/service options.
• Record service details and gather payments per process.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and inventory in good condition.
