Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; HVAC technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• 0-2+ years' HVAC experience with technical training encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous and timely manner.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Maintains paperwork, collects payment, and communicates status to dispatch.
