Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, answer questions, and promote our products and services while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

You will work under supervision, handle parts delivery, complete paperwork on a handheld device, and maintain high standards of safety and workmanship across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years’ experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by laws for the area.

Responsibilities

• Performs residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional manner.
• Diagnoses and services heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Uses handheld device to record all required information and processes forms and payments.
