Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to join a dynamic team. The role involves maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, with focus on delivering exceptional service across residential and commercial properties.

Candidates should have 2+ years in HVAC and appliance repair, own tools, and a reliable vehicle, with the ability to work independently in the United States. Onboarding will be brief, and strong communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

HVAC-focused experience required (minimum 2 years).
Experience in appliance repair is preferred.
Must own tools and a reliable vehicle.
Must complete onboarding interview with vendor.
Valid driver's license and ability to work independently.
MUST be located in the US.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to identify issues.
Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency.
Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
Supervise external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
