B&I Contractors, Inc. is actively seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join Florida’s fastest growing MEP contractor team in Fort Myers.

The role focuses on diagnosing and servicing HVAC and mechanical equipment across large-scale commercial projects, with emphasis on safety and integrity. You will work both independently and as part of a team, performing installations, diagnostics and repairs while staying current with new technologies.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of field experience with a track record of quality workmanship.
• EPA and OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Clean driving record, drug test and background check are required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot, service and repair all types of mechanical equipment including refrigeration and electronic diagnostics.
• Install and service duct systems, DX piping, chilled water piping, thermal storage, and building automation systems.
• Communicate clearly to office and customers about issues found, repairs required and schedule changes.
• Perform tasks with precision, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Stay up to date with new technologies as they emerge.
