B&I Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our Florida team in Tampa.

The role focuses on troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing mechanical equipment, with emphasis on HVAC systems across large-scale commercial projects. The ideal candidate has at least two years of field experience, EPA and OSHA 10 certifications, and a strong safety and customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Two years of field experience with quality workmanship.
• EPA and OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Clear driving record, drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service and repair all types of mechanical equipment including HVAC and related components.
• Install and service duct systems, DX piping, chilled water piping, thermal storage and building automation systems.
• Communicate clearly with office and customers about issues, repairs and project timelines.
• Perform tasks with safety and quality standards and stay updated on new technologies.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
