B&I Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our Florida team in Fort Myers.

The role focuses on service, repair and installation of HVAC systems for large-scale commercial projects, with emphasis on safety and quality. Formación

• At least 2 years of field experience in HVAC service and repair.
• EPA and OSHA 10 certifications are required.
• Clean driving record, drug test, and background check are required.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, service and repair HVAC systems and related controls.
• Install and service ductwork, DX piping, chilled water and building automation systems.
• Communicate clearly with customers and office about issues, repairs and timelines.
• Perform tasks with safety and quality standards and stay updated on new technologies.
