B&I Contractors, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced HVAC Start Up and Warranty Technician to join our growing team.

You will troubleshoot, service, and repair HVAC and related equipment for large commercial projects, with a focus on quality and safety. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of field experience in HVAC or related mechanical systems.
• Must be EPA and OSHA 10 certified.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service and repair HVAC and related mechanical equipment with diagnostics.
• Install and service duct systems, DX piping, chilled water piping, thermal storage, and building automation systems as required.
• Communicate clearly with office and customers about issues, repairs and schedule changes.
• Perform tasks with precision while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies as they emerge.
