The role focuses on troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing mechanical equipment across large-scale commercial projects, with emphasis on safety, precision, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least two years of field experience, a technical college degree or trade school diploma, and EPA/OSHA 10 certifications.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of field experience with a track record of quality workmanship.
• Two year Technical College Degree or Trade School Diploma preferred.
• EPA and OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Experience with duct systems, DX piping, chilled water piping, thermal storage, and building automation systems.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot, service and repair all types of mechanical equipment with accurate diagnostics of refrigeration and electronics circuits.
• Install and service duct systems, DX piping, chilled water piping, thermal storage, and building automation systems.
• Communicate clearly with office and customers about issues, repairs, and project timelines.
• Perform tasks with precision, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Keep up to date with new technologies.
