Job summary

Hansen Super Techs in Mobile, AL is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician. This full-time role offers hourly pay plus commission with uncapped pay potential and strong benefits.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC/refrigeration equipment, recommending new equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates should have 1–5 years of HVAC experience, a qualifying HVAC degree or certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• HVAC service experience of 1–5 years preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent with certification from a trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50 lbs.
