Job summary

Ace Air Conditioning is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician in Lake Charles, LA. Join our growing team and earn hourly pay plus commission while diagnosing and repairing HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

We value training, safety, and customer satisfaction, with uncapped earning potential and comprehensive benefits. A valid driver's license and 3–5 years of experience are preferred for this on-site role.

• 3-5 Years HVAC service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs.

Who you are:

• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
