Job summary

Tim's Southern Air in Broussard, Louisiana is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our dedicated HVAC Service Team. In this full-time role, you will diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment while focusing on customer satisfaction. Candidates should have 1-5 years of installation experience and an HVAC degree or certification. The position offers a salary range of $40,000 to $120,000 per year with uncapped earning potential and full benefits, including health insurance and a matching 401(k).

Whatyouwill do:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs

Who you are:

• 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’slicensewith clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
