Job summary

Ball Heating & Cooling in Biloxi, MS is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment. The role offers hourly pay plus commission and a path to growth in a family-owned company.

You should have 5+ years of HVAC installation experience, a HVAC degree or trade school certification, a valid driver's license with clean MVR, and the ability to handle heavy equipment. Training, benefits, and a supportive team await.

• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs.
