Job summary

Roberts Cooling, Heating, Plumbing and Electrical is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment, present equipment recommendations, and focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience preferred (1–5 years).
• HVAC degree or equivalent certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Provide recommendations for new equipment and explain value to customer.
• Demonstrate problem‑solving skills and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training and comply with safety policies.
• Work with and handle heavy equipment and parts as required.

What You Will Do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs

Who You Are

• 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
