Job summary

Air Tech of Houston is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician in Houston, TX. The role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC and refrigeration equipment, presenting equipment recommendations, and delivering outstanding service.

You will join a family-owned team with uncapped pay potential, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training. Candidates with 1–5 years of experience, EPA Type II or TDLR preferred, and a valid driver's license are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years HVAC service experience
• EPA Type II preferred
• HVAC TDLR Card preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
• Ability to lift heavy equipment (50 lbs)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs
