Job summary

Efficient Systems is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment in Beaumont, TX. You will present recommendations, provide value to customers, and uphold exceptional service standards.

We offer uncapped pay potential with commission, paid holidays, PTO, and a Matching 401(k). A HVAC degree or equivalent certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to handle heavy equipment are required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years HVAC service experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs

Education

HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
