Job summary

Foulks Southern Air is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment on-site. You will present equipment recommendations, demonstrate problem-solving, and prioritize customer satisfaction.

We offer uncapped pay potential, full benefits, a matching 401(k), ongoing training, and paid holidays/PTO. A valid license and EPA Type II are preferred; relocation may be required for some roles.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years HVAC installation experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• EPA Type II certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Consistently handle at least 50lbs.
