Job summary

Air Tech of Katy is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. You will demonstrate problem-solving skills, provide value to homeowners, and troubleshoot system issues while maintaining high customer service standards.

This is an on-site role with competitive hourly pay plus commission and ongoing training opportunities. We offer uncapped pay potential, medical/dental/vision insurance, disability and life insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid holidays and PTO, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Type II preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service.
• Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 lbs.
