Air Tech of Katy, a family-owned HVAC service company, is hiring a service technician who will diagnose, repair, and advise homeowners on heating and cooling systems. If you bring strong customer service, problem-solving, and safety mindset, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Type II preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service.
• Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS.
