Job summary

Air Tech of Pasadena is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, recommending upgrades to homeowners, and providing excellent customer service. This is a hands-on, on-site position with potential for growth and uncapped earnings.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• TDLR license or certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service and homeowner relations.
• Make recommendations on systems and equipment to homeowners.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and understand system design.
• Attend manufacturer training classes and stay updated on safety practices.

Whatyouwill do:

• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills


• Maintain strong customer service


• Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment


• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design


• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes


• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures


• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS

Who you are:

• 1-5 Years HVAC experience preferred
