Job summary

Air Tech of Pasadena is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to join a growing team. This full-time role offers hourly pay + commission and a comprehensive benefits package, with uncapped earning potential.

You will troubleshoot, service, and recommend HVAC solutions, attend manufacturer trainings, and uphold safety policies while delivering excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA credentials required or preferred.
• TDLR license or certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and physical workloads.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service.
• Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Whatyouwill do:
