Job summary

Air Tech of Houston is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment, present recommendations, and emphasize customer satisfaction. This in-person role offers the potential for uncapped earnings and growth within a dedicated service team.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of HVAC service experience, an HVAC degree or equivalent certification, and a valid Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years HVAC service experience.
• HVAC degree or equivalent with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs.
