Job summary

Air Tech of Houston is hiring for an HVAC installer to join our in-person Houston team. Install HVAC equipment to safety standards and manufacturer specs, while keeping customers satisfied and documenting all work.

Possess 3-5 years of installation experience and an HVAC degree or trade certification; a valid driver’s license and ability to handle heavy equipment are required. The role offers full-time hours with uncapped pay potential through hourly or piece-rate compensation and ongoing

• HVAC degree or equivalent with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions or issues.
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment.
• Document all calls/jobs to the company’s requirements.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to safety policies.
