Job summary

Woods Comfort Systems seeks a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in San Marcos, TX. Technician role pays hourly plus commission and requires delivering high-quality diagnostics and repairs while promoting HVAC solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and selling HVAC.
• HVAC degree or trade-school certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Present options on new HVAC units.
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS.
