Southern Air of Mississippi is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The role offers hourly pay plus commission and requires diagnosing and repairing HVAC and refrigeration equipment, with strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• HVAC degree or trade-school certification required.
• 1-5 years HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• EPA Type II certification preferred.

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer.
• Attend safety and manufacturer trainings.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs

Who you are:

• 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• EPA Type II (Preferred)
