Job summary

Yates Company, LLC is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee daily HVAC service department operations in commercial settings. The role ensures high-quality workmanship, safety, and documentation using ServiceTitan for workflow management.

You will manage field technicians, coordinate with the Service Manager and Service Coordinator, and drive readiness and customer satisfaction through daily planning and effective communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC training or certification preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience; 3+ years in supervision.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across chillers, boilers, pumps, and hydronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations of the HVAC Service Department.
• Ensure safety, workmanship quality, and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Service Manager, Service Coordinator, and technicians throughout the day.
• Verify readiness for next day’s service plan to improve productivity.
• Review ServiceTitan data, hours, and job notes; request corrections as needed.
• Lead daily team huddle and provide ongoing coaching.
