Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a seasoned Field Service Supervisor to oversee the service center workforce, provide technical guidance, and manage field assignments across a defined territory. You will supervise, train and assist engineers while performing hands-on fieldwork on mechanical cooling and temperature control systems.

Ideal candidates have extensive HVAC experience, safety training, and strong leadership abilities, with willingness to travel and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• HVAC, mechanical cooling and temperature control systems knowledge.
• Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and hydronic diagrams.
• Ability to provide telephone technical assistance to customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field service engineers and technicians in the area.
• Perform complex troubleshooting and testing on HVAC systems.
• Lead turnkey projects including commissioning data center cooling systems.
• Prepare job estimates, proposals, scheduling and reports.
• Produce detailed end-of-project reports and processing of billing.
